Pole position for Litmus

Litmus Public Relations has been short-listed in two of the most fiercely contested categories of the 2010 Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) PRide Awards.

The company’s work for Lotus Formula 1™ racing driver Fairuz Fauzy has made it through to the finals in the Best Website category and its launch campaign for Riverside Waste Machinery is a contender in the Best Campaign for £10K and Under.

The 14 year old company has previously been nominated for numerous industry awards but this is the first time it has received recognition for its digital media work.

“We took the decision at the beginning of this year to extend our PR services by collaborating with newly formed Digital Media Consultants headed up by Ian Wright and the partnership is proving to be very fruitful,” commented Litmus director Lucy Carey.

“We are all thrilled that our work for Fairuz has been recognised as amongst some of the best in the UK,” added Ian Wright. “He’s an exceptional new driver and working for a potential F1™ champion is very exciting.

“The website has generated some incredible results – he’s neck and neck with Mark Webber in the web rankings!”

Litmus’ work was selected from over 1,400 entries from across the country. The winners will be announced at the CIPR PRide Awards Yorkshire and Lincolnshire Black Tie Dinner on 10th November 2010 at Saviles Hall, Leeds.
